1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nurli, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Nurli is a mobile application that provides Quranic verses and recitations based on emotional states. The app also offers optional daily push notifications, delivering a Quran verse every morning at 9 AM. Notifications are off by default and can be enabled or disabled at any time. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Copy, modify, or distribute app content without permission
  • Use the app in any way that could damage or impair the service

5. Intellectual Property

  • Quranic content is in the public domain
  • Audio recitations are provided under license from their respective sources
  • The Nurli app design, features, and original content are protected by copyright
  • You may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary content without permission

6. User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, etc.)
  • You grant us a license to store and display your content within the app
  • You are responsible for the content you create

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nurli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nurli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Nurli at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
